Our 90-minute response is a guarantee for every Videl client, not a marketing line. When you call during business hours, a crew is dispatched from whichever office is closer to your property, either St. Catharines or Mississauga. You’ll get a text with the crew lead’s name and an ETA the moment they leave the yard. If we miss the window, the service call is free.
What does an emergency roof repair actually cost?
Most emergency containments fall between $X and $Y, depending on roof access, the source of the leak, and how much temporary material is needed to seal it. You will see the price before we start the permanent repair, and you decide whether to schedule it with us or take the report to budget. Will my insurance cover the damage?
Most commercial property insurance policies in Ontario cover water damage from a sudden roof failure, though coverage for the roof repair itself varies by policy. We provide photo documentation, a written cause-of-loss summary, and a detailed scope of work with every emergency call, all of which your adjuster will need.
Can you work around our tenants and operating hours?
Yes. Most emergency roof leak containments are completed while tenants are still in the building, with minimal noise and no disruption to ground-floor operations.
