Materials by Roof System
Modified Bitumen (2-Ply)
Two-layer system using a fibreglass or polyester-reinforced cap sheet over a base sheet, applied with torch heat or cold adhesive for a fully bonded waterproof assembly.
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
Single-ply reflective membrane installed over rigid polyiso insulation and cover board, with heat-welded seams that form a continuous watertight bond.
EPDM (Rubber Roofing)
Synthetic rubber membrane laid in wide sheets over insulation, adhered or mechanically fastened to the deck, with seams bonded using specialty adhesives and primers.
